Conference To Address Juvenile Probation and Justice Management

September 3, 2008

On October 5–8, 2008, in Reno, NV, the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges will hold its annual Juvenile Probation and Justice Management Conference.

Under the theme "What Works? Evidence-Based Practice," sessions will address such topics as motivational interviewing and multi-systemic therapy. Presentations that may be of particular interest to JUVJUST subscribers include a special track on issues and challenges in working with juvenile sex offenders and a workshop on joint tribal and state court jurisdiction.

The registration deadline is September 15, 2008.
