The Information Sharing To Prevent Juvenile Delinquency Project, a program of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) will conduct a 2-part series of free Webinars designed to enable juvenile justice and other youth service professionals to explore information privacy protections provided in Federal and state laws and model state legislation.

State Juvenile Records Laws and Interagency Collaboration—Part 1, a rebroadcast of the popular June 2008 Webinar with live updates and discussion with Dr. Bernard James, will be held on will be held on March 18, 2009, from 1–2 p.m. E.S.T.
State Juvenile Records Laws and Interagency Collaboration—Part 2, will expand the dialogue to include Federal laws and answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding privacy laws and the sharing of juvenile and youth records. It will be held on May 20, 2009, 1–2 p.m. E.S.T.
