Family Drug Court Implementation Program
The goal of the Family Drug Court Implementation Program is to build the capacity of states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Indian tribal governments to develop and establish drug courts for substance-abusing adults who are involved with the family court due to child abuse and/or neglect issues.
For the purposes of this grant announcement, eligible applicants are states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Indian tribal governments, acting directly or through agreement with other public or private entities.
