Presents findings from a national evaluation of the Title V Community Prevention Grants Program that examined sites in six states. Title V provides communities with funding and a guiding framework for developing and implementing comprehensive juvenile delinquency prevention plans. At the time of the report was drafted, more than 1,500 communities had received Title V grants.
