Eligibility and Guidelines
OJJDP allocates funds to qualifying states based on the number of juveniles below the age of criminal responsibility. Units of local government (city, county, township, or other political subdivision) can apply to their states, which award Title V funds through a competitive process. Programs may be funded in 12-month increments for up to 3 years.
Title V Guideline describes the Title V Program and its application requirements.
Q & A Guide to the Title V Community Prevention Grants Program provides answers to frequently asked questions about the Title V Program.
